Design and Product Development

Using Gerber AccuMark Systems, we can generate accurate and dependable patterns. Our highly experienced pattern makers will lay markers for optimal fabric utilization delivering the highest yields per yard so you incur as little fabric waste as possible.

Maximizing Raw Materials

Our cutting department and pattern-making department work closely to strive and produce the highest yield per yard of fabric. The cutting department cuts fabric into blocks and sends them to the band-knife cutters where cut parts are produced. Finally, cut parts are sorted into bundles, bar-coded and distributed to the sewing department

Inspection and Inventory Management

Our warehouse maximizes the use of space for specific inventory items. We also utilize a computerized inventory management system that provides tight control over our inventory to record reception from suppliers and eliminate potential losses or excess purchase of items

Quality-Focused Assembly

Our in-process quality control system is designed to meet your exact specifications. In addition, our production supervisors and quality control staff meet regularly to ensure cutting and sewing specification standards of each style including production schedules meet customer requirements

Final Inspection and Packing

As a full-service intimate apparel manufacturer, your garments are fully examined, cleaned, bar-coded and packed ready for delivery

Our History

Progrizive started out in 1973 under the name of Monte Cielo Garments Inc. With just two sewing machines and a small capital, the company gradually grew to ten machines in five years time.

In 1985, we entered into a subcontracting agreement with Mondragon Philippines to supply Nike products to the local market. Under the aggressive marketing and vision of its founder, Mr. Hesiquio Tan, Monte Cielo Garments Inc quickly grew to 60 employees using 40 machines and embroidery machines.

Progrizive Inc was established in 1999 to address the needs of our client's brassiere product line. After five more years, Progrizive quickly grew from 60 to 400 employees using a variable mixture of different sewing machines from Bartack to Zigzag with several Band-Knife cutting machines and computerized pattern-making machines.

After more than 40 years of continued service to our clients, Progrizive Inc has not stopped looking into the future and aggressively looking for ways to improve our commitment to give our clients the best quality at the best price. In lieu of this, further development is underway to expand our production capacity to meet the growing demand for competitively-priced high quality goods.

Adherence to Quality

In these 40 years of service to our clients, we had developed specific skills and expertise in several intimate apparel lines which include panties, brassieres, camisoles and other sleepwear. Our highly skilled personnel located in three factories scattered in Central Luzon have a daily production of 15,000 panties and 50,000 brassieres among other things.

Quality Materials

As a key area of the apparel manufacturing process, the cutting department closely adheres to all pattern specifications ensuring that subsequent phases of garment construction consistently turn out a finished product exactly as our customers require.

At present, Progrizive Incorporated has over 400 sewing machines ranging from Bartack, Edging, Piping to Zigzag, band-knife cutters, pattern-making machines and more in three sites in Central Luzon. Employing over 700 highly skilled personnel, we can produce over 50,000 brassieres per day and 15,000 panties per day. Another factory is being built to increase capacity.
